LABOR RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS
The course uses cases, lectures, and simulations to develop negotiation skills in a variety of management situations, including union-management relations. Issues include pre-employment discussions, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, agency, renegotiating contracts, and multiparty discussions.
