Field Study 1 is designed
to provide students with practical experience in a real-world setting related
to their field of study. This course emphasizes observation, data collection,
and reflection on the application of academic knowledge in a practical context.
This course focuses on the development of competence and skill in research
methodology through exposure to different research models and techniques.
Field Study 2 is designed to complement the professional
education subject, “The Profession/Seminar in Education”. It shall bring about
real life and vicarious experience of a teacher as a person and as a
professional. It shall provide a wide array of opportunities for
self-reflection that would prepare one to become a student teacher.
