
PATHFIT 2- EXERCISE BASED FITNESS ACTIVITIES is a physical education course focused on enhancing fitness levels through practical application of exercise principles, including proper form, progression, and adaptation, while incorporating nutrition awareness to achieve personal wellness goals; students will learn to design and execute personalized fitness programs, assess their progress, and develop sustainable active lifestyles by building upon fundamental movement patterns and core training exercises.
