This course deals with the concepts, techniques and processes involved in formulating a strategic plan. It includes the following learning topics: the nature of strategic management, the vision and mission, assessments, long-term objectives, and strategies. It provides the student’s knowledge in the strategy formulation, implementation, controlling, and evaluation.
